Returns & Refund Policy

At SHZ Collection, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. Returns

You may request a return if the item you received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and photos of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.

  1. Custom and Personalised Products

Some SHZ Collection products may be custom printed or personalised. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes personalised mugs, custom printed T-shirts, and any product made specially for your order.

  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Items that are used, damaged by the customer, washed, or returned without approval may not be accepted.

  1. Refunds

Once we review and approve your return request, we will let you know whether your refund is accepted.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on your payment provider.

  1. Exchanges

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

  1. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will guide you on the return or replacement process.

If a return is requested for another reason and approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Custom printed products
Personalised products
Used or worn items
Washed items
Items damaged after delivery by the customer
